Our team is fully trained to deliver reliable services that ensure each Audit Report is issued with the highest level of confidence. We provide three levels of Assurance Services:

Compilations
The most basic level of assurance service, a compilation involves presenting financial statements without providing verification of their accuracy. A Compilation Report is typically issued for management and other selected users.

Reviews
More detailed than a compilation but less comprehensive than an audit, a review provides limited assurance. During this process, we interview key accounting and management personnel to gain insight into the organization’s operations, accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and industry practices. Based on this work, we issue a Review Report, which includes required financial statements and the auditor’s opinion.

Audits
An audit provides the highest level of assurance. We thoroughly evaluate the organization’s internal control systems, examine records, and perform procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). An Audit Report is then issued, containing the required financial statements along with the auditor’s opinion.

African Republic and Liberia. In addition, we were previously selected as the ‘Minority Firm’ CPA to assist in the Fiscal Audit of the City of New York.
